I turned a whoopin 25!

For dinner we went to Jose Peppers. I got the grilled chicken Fajita wrap, which Katie introduced me to and love.
San Fransisco 49ers were playing the New Orleans Saints and it was a neck and neck game! Here is dad overly excited about the win! The restaurant would go crazy when the Saints would score and then when the 49ers would score. Dad was the most supportive 49ers fan there! He was the loudest, "Yes, Yes, Yes!" You know what I am talkin about Katie! He is so entertaining when he gets this excited!
The famous cake my mom makes me every year! I love it!
We went bowling later that night. My dad killed us with my mom coming in second. I came in third and Matt and Sarah close.

Christa took me shopping earlier that day. We went to Charming Charlies. If you haven't heard or been, its worth coming to Kansas for! Great news: Rita and Werner are coming the end of Feb. to visit from Germany!!!

Christa's Surprise Party!

Christa had a big birthday this year! I don't know if she would kill me or not for putting on here how young she is now, so she turned 29! Here birthday is on the 1st of January and since Matt and I are stake youth dance/activity couple for the stake and were in charge of putting on the New Years Dance for the youth (let me tell you, I regret not telling my leaders how much I appreciated their hard work and dedication when I was a youth) worked with Micheal weeks before to throw her a surprise party at the Tea Garden, the Friday before. Sorry that was a very long sentence. The Eppersons', Coxs', and my mom and two sisters came as well. I think she was pretty surprised!

Christmas 2011

Christmas Eve we gathered at the McKendrick's house and had a big, yummy dinner! That night Matt and I went back to my parent's house and slept the night. I think we got up around 8:00 am. I was the first one up and got up Katie, Sarah, and then Scott. Can you believe they wanted to sleep longer? So we opened presents and then had the missionaries over for breakfast. Elder Robertson is from Draper Utah, and Elder Claire is from Gilbert, Arizona. Can you tell they have great personalities? We love to be with them. We later attended church with both families (it helps that they are in the same ward). We visited Christa and Michael and friends. Later that night we also played Zumba on the Wii. It's really fun!
